My room didn't have a window, but I was informed about this during the reservation. It was small and slightly claustrophobic, but since I was out most of the day, it wasn't a big issue.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although smaller than expected from the pictures and lacking windows, were clean and conveniently situated in the heart of Chinatown near Clarke Quay. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, particularly Han at reception. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from Chinatown MRT Station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Dining was adequate but could improve in a city like Singapore. Overall, it's a decent choice with some room for enhancement.
